D-PAD arrow pad how to put LED.

Is there's any guide how to put led in d-pad arrow pad..
with picture or atleast put  diagram i read the forum here about 3hrs but all the guide here is confusing. no one put a good step by step tutorial for a noobs like me trying to mod my psp slim. i see one good guide to put led in L+R this is the guide. and for me i understand this guide. so if anyone who willing to help me how to put led in d-pad please i appreciate your help.
