The Department of Homeland Security Is Cracking Down On Bit-torrent and counterfeit sites in a ease to cut down the amount of sites up on the word wide web not that its doing any good but they can try:P

The only problem is the doh have to break other laws to get this one work. And the fact that if people want something, they'll dropsy nothing to get it. Not that i support either party, in different ways, they are both wrong.

It was also on the news that the piratebay founders have received a year in prison and a £15.2 million fine from the Swedish court of appeals.

The threat is to the companies on which the state relies. It is threatened because people are not keeping up with 'consumer values'. Economic depression, expensive wars... the best way to hurt a man is to hurt his wallet. Naturally, people return the favour, rightfully or not.
