A little more info would be nice... like maybe what are you modding, or wtf circuit board am I looking at that you have marked with 6 red dots... I am going to assume that I'm looking at a PS3 controller analog pinout and (obviously) a PSP analog nub, but a little more information on what we are looking at and what you are trying to do would be a great deal of help...

I done some small research work on the PSP nub, now scanning notes.



Ignore the incorrect diagram at the bottom... Other than that, it's pretty simple. XD
