What types of mods do you guys like the most?

Probably the wrong place, but oh well.

What kind of mods do you guys like the most? I'm trying to get a general popularity view.
Example: leds, new functionality, advantages, etc.

leds seem to be too common nowadays but new functionality  would be were its at in my point of view

kicks I love led mods! I really don't know why, I saw my first when I was about 11, and it mezmorized me. My favorite kinds are fading mods, especially if they are rgb and fade from one color to another, I actually have a PSP UMD door that has a ring of light, and two 5mm rgb leds in it, and sometimes I hook it up to a battery at night and just watch it ^.^ I think I'll be doing led mods for the rest of my modding career

The best mods are ones that aren't what everyone else has, ones that are uniquie and self thought of. new ideas and creative. The ones that no one would ever think about.

Always being one step ahead of the next. Of coarse, more creative the more time and thought goes into the mod, but usually the better mod

New functionality. LED's = Overused, not classy in most situations.

LEDs are cool if they're done well, too many just looks bad and LEDs for the sake of LEDs is way overdone. Personally I like to see the cross platform kinda stuff, 360 chatpad to psp keyboard, ps360 pad, that kind of stuff is really creative and progressive IMO...

Either or for me, leds have there purpose, and so do functionality mods. Personally I think someone should go retro and rock some filaments in a psp or something.

i feel u bro i try to be as unique as possible its hard cuz there is a lot of other great modders out there and basically a lot has been done i love to do color combination and swithch a few things i even did a square umd and use the back of an lcd backlight lol!!! i guess thats what u call creative

@ loboplayero... Heres a sneak peak of a mod i started, got other ideas along the way. so I am changing my orignal plan.

waiting on somethings to come in from at a local store, already ordered payed for it. so just waiting. was hoping to reveal it when I was all done. But already reavealed some pics on another site 

Was hoping to make front page here when I was done as the coolest mod ever...lol we will see what happens
