I'm currently working on a new Xbox 360 casing for my [JTAG] console. This is a work in progress and will take a couple weeks. I will update this thread when i get stuff completed.

Work List List Will Be updated if i think of anything elss
Gather all the parts -  1/2 Complete
✔ Cut hole for fan
 Cut Custom window
 Put a Plexi Window in
 Wire in LED's Behind window.
 Get the Xenon Motherboard back from repairs
✔ Solder on a Molex connector to the motherboard - Complete
Install internal VGA Port - Maybe
 Replace the ROL with red SMD's
 Install the 4 color LED 12v Fan
 Paint the case
 Paint the Hard Drive Case
 Install Temp gauge
 Install and solder in Hard Drive activity light
 Cover up the DVD Drive hole in the faceplate (With Bondo)

Update-

Cut the hole for the fan and washed the case, After cutting the Fan hole my dermal barrings gave out so i dont have a chance to cut the window out so im going to have to scratch that till a later day.

Tomorrow im going to pick up some bondo to cover up some stuff on the xbox face plate. and then paint the case.

Looks kick ass so far, can't wait to see more of it. (Too bad you couldn't have had the fan on the inside of the 360 :P)

I had an interesting thought while looking at your project Mogler. If you need to have the fan on the out side of the case perhaps you could do something besides keeping it the same o' or just adding LEDs.

The thought came to me when I thought about Hazer's Wii

Perhaps you could do something like those little fans you can get where when you activate them, LEDs on the blades activate and spell a word or phrase in the air. Have it display what ever your playing or even something as simple as your user name and xbox. Just something to spruce it up a bit that would be completely different.

or i can go ahead and get a programmable led fan and set stuff onto it. Its going to be hard to adapt a programmable led fan to display somthing from the xbox tho. lots of coding, but im going to look into it.

Might as well, ya know? It'll look sweet when it is up and running. Running something out of the ordinary is always more fun.

Horizontal power button, picking up some bondo and some more paint. wont be working on this over the weakened sense i have plans but ill work on it again Monday.

Well i got my jtag back a week ago or so. and it rrded again so this project is kinda on a stand still till i can get it working or get a new jtagable motherboard.
