new battlefield 3 with the new frost bite engine

not sure if any of you guys had gotten a chance to pick up  this months copy of game informer but there was a article about this upcoming battle field 3 and from the looks of it it looks like its about to set the new standards for future war games the new damage mode that will  have earth quakes were buildings will collapse in front of you  lighting that looks  amazing way better then bad company 2 and the audio to the guns  and environment sound exciting i know the game doesn't come out till the holidays but theres alot of hype gaining for this game heres a video of one of the missions theres no spoiler

All I know is that I'm def gonna pick up a PS3 if for nothing other than that game, especially if it looks that good (and doesn't look that good on the 360)...

Nah dude PC all the way. I play bf: bc2 all the time on the pc and it's so fun and now bf3 is just gonna blow bc2 (and of course cod) outta town

no way i have both, and i have a 55 inch led tv that will llow 50/50 split screen.and can tell youmy experiance with the cod series, that te xbox although the packaging says 780/1080 accordingly, the side by side shows thatthe xbox graphicsare more vibrant and clear whileps3 are dark and gritty looking. I bought a ps3 for killzone 2 and that was the biggest dissapointment i have had in a long time.

well a PC gaming rig is out of the question for me honestly, just out of my budget right now...

matt, that's disappointing, I will probably pick one up in the near future anyway (can never have too many consoles to mod with )...

it amuses me that ps3's hardware is far superior to 360, but cross platform games generally look better on xbox. I will be getting BF3, hopefully the controls aren't as clunky as in BC2.

when playing bfbc2 i used inverted controllers because im used to 360 controls imma admit im preordering this game as soon as i get 5 bucks

hugo chavez blamed america for having used that technology against Cuba ^^, well lets say that the games keeps getting more realistic.
