ipod touch vs. toilet HELP

hey guy i was gone for the weekend and my little bro got my ipod touch and dropped it into the toilet i stuck it in a bowl of rice and its been sittin for two days but im to scared to turn in on. is there any way to open it without the suction cup thing to take the screen off and get to the battery and make sure its all dry or is there somthin else i should do? thanks, Sam

Silica gel or rice and stick it next to a heater.... wait 5 more days to be safe.

UPDATE: it turns on but, the screen is negative (the white cord it shows goin to itunes is black etc.) and it stuck on the connect to itunes, i tryed to restore it twice and it failed any help? and the touch screen isint working (i cant slide to power off, or cancle the slide)

yeah try to send it in and maybe they will consider repairing it.

There might be water inside your touchscreen.... idk it could be corrosion crossing over a connection.

Check the water marker in the dock connector too. Just cause the headphone one isn't pink doesn't mean the dock connector one isn't...

i already shipped it but i didnt see any thing in there either.
