Best optocoupler for CG2 Controller?

Whats the best Optocoupler to use on the CG2 controller? I want one small enough so i don't have to cram a whole lot more in with my mod chip preferably 4 pin just to make it simple too. And what size resistor for the analog stick TP8?

I think the 360 con thumbsticks have TP8 written on the side (the actual component)
