Allow me to introduce myself...
« on: April 26, 2011, 07:50:03 PM »
I am Lieutenant Pie. Most people call me Lt. Pie or just Pie. I have a near broken DS Lite (I've had this one in particular since the DS was new, but I've been taking good care of her. 'Bout time to replace it though.) with an Acekard 2i (used for homebrew and editing NSMB, and the occasional NES, GBA or DS game), an Xbox 360 (just bought it) and a crappy computer. I mostly do romhacking and music related stuff. I also occasionally do videos. And by occasionally, I mean years ago. I've been experimenting with some special effects software, so I might start again soon. Maybe. Either way, this site looks like it'll be useful. I have some great ideas for a DS Lite mod that is pretty much insane. Some aspects of it may be impossible, but a majority of it seems pretty straightforward. It mostly involves LEDs, a housing for a DSiXL, maybe some paint, and several DS Lite add-ons incorporated into the design. For example, I'm trying to figure out how to go about putting motion sensors in it exclusively for GBA games that require it/homebrew/replacing the D-pad. I have very little modding experience, but I have taken apart my DS several times to replace parts (namely the lower screen) and I basically built another one from salvaged parts. Also, I love orange soda and music. And I despise Apple. I prefer Zunes. Microsoft products get better when you have one for every service (XBL, Zune, and WLM are all integrated).

So, that's pretty much it.
