Having issues with Memory LeD

Hey guys surprising i never have issues modding psp but i guess i ran into an issue. Well i was modding and swapping leds on the mobo and for some reason the memory led doesnt want to work like if i touch some points it will flicker randomly but when i play song or movies some what nothing i dnt see anything. Any suggestions if there is a way to rewire it or fuse something of the sort.
