Here is my latest case cut. I have been wanting to do a case mod like this for along time and finally got around to it now that the wife moved back to indiana

I have like a ridiculous amount of cutting time into it. It actually took longer to cut out than my gears of war xbox did. This is gonna be a xenon jtag, its gonna be painted all black with white leds lighting the cutout.

LMAO my wife would have a freakin heart attack if she saw this "good thing she moved back home early"

Really amazing what you can do with that little saw of yours. I need to get one of those for myself. But truly amazing cut-out and love what you choose to cut out. Really smooth cut man, amazing job.

lol yup, gotta love a good ol scroll saw. Its freakin beast. I havent touched my dremel since i started using this thing.

good thing i turned you on to that....lol

It absolutley is alot better then a dremel any day of the week, and it doesnt melt or make a nasty mess cleans up easy with a shop vac

This is what i used to cut out my Flame case

best tool I have ever used gets the job done with very miniumal sanding

Hahah yeah i know dude, i had it for along time sittin in my closet. After you said you did the flame xbox with a scroll saw i was like "wait i have one of them" so figured ide give it a shot. And holy hell it works amazing. As long as you got the right blades, you can seriously cut out any design you want. I print my images on sticky paper and stick it on the xbox and cut it out as if its a stencil.

i bought a whole bunch online. But you can get it at office max or walmart. Its pretty expensive too....

How in the hell did you do the lettering? I just found a scroll saw in the garage... Good for shapes, but how are you being so precise in those little areas, i'm not sure my blade could even fit in those!!

It will fit neovalor , look at my flame case there is a seciton in there , that is just the thickness of the blade , them things work awsome

I need to get a different set of blades then.. mine could fit but it looks like i wouldn't be able to move it enough to be that precise
