Matrix board clone

ive had these sitting around for about a year, thinking ill get around to fixing them..






the analog movement isnt smooth like the M$ controllers, its all jumpy and isn't consistent, it makes games unplayable. ive replaced the thumbsticks with genuine M$ ones and they are still the same. i have 10 of these and they are all exactly the same.

does anyone know what could be wrong with them? is it fixable?

im fairly sure they are toast, clearly the chinamen that made them have missed something.
