Can anyone here help out with this?

My brother Tucker is stricken with ALS....the links below are fairly in depth description of the current state of this project. But in a nut shell... We need some custom code that will translate my brothers eye movements into useable mouse data (Mac)...at an operating system level...so that it will work on programs like photoshop and final cut pro, excel....I'm pretty sure that this code probably already exists but I haven't been able to find it. The need for progress on this project is getting more and more urgent with every passing day....
