wireless 360 Coder wanted! Long term

I am looking for a coder to write a code for a 10+ mode 360 wireless controller. There is money to be made and will be paid once working functional prototype is tested. I am looking to make a circuitboard with a chip (PIC24F16KA). I would also like this to be able to work with ALL boards!

Here are some of the modes I would like to see on the program (All using the sync button) (Sleeper)

Rapidfire
Rapidfire Akimbo
Sniper doubletap
Dropshot
Dropshot/Rapidfire
Burst 3-5-7?
Quickscope (Sniper)
Autoscope (Pulling right trigger aims and shoots)
User programmable SPS

I would also like to add something for LED mod control (LED thumbsticks)

the coders are still around, they just choose not to answer these posts. because most people want, and dont have a clue of what can and cant be done, so it becomes so much of a hassle its not worth it.
