Randomly powering off DS Phat

So alright we DS Phat that randomly shuts itself off whenever the top screen is touched/moved.  Any advice?

my guess would be loose connection between the cable of the top screen and the motherboard. the ds won't turn on unless both screens are connected

Yes its the ribbon connecting to the motherboard to the top section of the, luckily on a ds phat you only have to get the ribbon and not the entire screen
