LOl first of all, this is not a bumper.... the bumper plate is on the top of the controller. The bottom part you are showing in the pictures and instructions is actually called a mic bezel. I would not buy anything from someone who does not know the difference.Secondly as noted for your controller you will need to use TP 8, but in my experience, you will need another resistor to ensure there is no back feed. try it as is, and if after a bit of time playing, the controller may randomly shut off, or just un-sinc from the xbox. If this happens and it probably will, get back to me and we will go from there.What did you pay for this kit? they sent you about $5.00 work of parts. they should have spent an extra two dollars and used an opto in place of the transistor.Good luck.
