Xbox One Controller Update Issue

I can't update a controller from 1.1.260.3 firmware.

Every time I try to update this controller it turns the controller off and then comes up with

"There was a problem updating your controller."

I've tried 3 cables and a hard reset on the xbox one several times, even though the cables have been fine for others.

Any help would be appreciated.
