Xbox One Controller MCU Board?

Pretty much destroyed my mcu board on my controller. Tried soldering to all the traces to get atleast the B button back as a paddle. Cant get the solder to stick and the main point pulled the solder off putting it back together and pulled the solder that was originally there. So my question is where can i get another board? Hate to have a pretty much new controller just sitting.

So... how bad is the board messed up? cant get the solder to stick to the traces? that isnt good.
