XBOX ONE controller 1537, main board parts

Good day and hello to the Masters of Electronics! 

1. Sorry for my english, i never learned it.

I need your help to find out what type (for example: zener or not) of diodes and/or transistors are the Q7 and the D22 part on the first gen (1537) XBOX ONE controller. I need to know the V and mA too, beacause i want to change this parts. As seen on the picture, they're broken.

Q7 is an SSM3J328R on the later version controllers and it will fit in that footprint.

D22 is some kind of switching diode, 1N4148 or something similar.

I'd also check..

R21 = 220k
R22 = 0
R23 = 10k
As well as replace Q6 = Same as Q7
