1708 No Audio

I have 3 boards all with no audio. However, it shows up ans headphone connected symbol and lights the mic when you speak, in fact you can the mic monitor in the headphones but not the game. All three seem to have identical fault.

Any common faults to check?

Have you tried a different headset?  Does it work with other controllers?
