No, just below that, the big solder lug, attach the wire to that.

or the right jumper is on the GND of the pot?

RDC:
The bottom lead of 3 at the POT is Ground, you have that part of the idea right. Just solder a jumper wire from that bottom lead to the the solder lug, the big metal thing sticking up out of the board, of the stick that is right there. To the left of your red line, and below the yellow one.
