jdm055- "0 axis 0 button recognized"

Good night, this is the first time i see this problem:
This jdm055 does not turn on by the ps button, it is not recognized by ps4 and when  it connects to the computer, it is recognized as "0 axis 0 recognized button" where "ps4 controller" should be ...( and of course doesn't works).
 I replace the usb port and look for shorts or oxidation, the pcb looks good. It seems to me to be a firmware problem.
Has anyone caught something like that?
