Blueray doesn't spins :(

Hello I have BDP-010 board on blueray drive.

Drive not accepted discs. I think bd7763efv was bad. Replaced it.

No result. After that I find that corner motor is dead - brushs was
damaged.

After replacing it accepts and returns discs but not spin at all

Another plate from Aliexpress with "original" bd7763efv that I swaped between works the same - disc doesn't spin.
Triggers at motor plate are ok.

Can anybody help me?
