JDM-040 succesfully repaired, one issue remain.

JDM-040 series with broken charger port. Soldered a new micro-usb connector, everything back to normal, controller is charging the battery again. The only issue is, I can't power on the ps4 via the controller.

I have to hit the ps4 power button and then sync the pad via cable everytime (via bluetooth it won't sync). Once ps4 is started no problem using the controller via bluetooth. Do you think this is an issue of pmic "d92003mw" or the blueetooh module " AR3002-BL3D"?
