« on: May 17, 2020, 08:07:45 PM »
Any who can point me please, where to find the sync switch (SW2) on 1708 board. I tried ebay but did not find it.
Thanks

It's a TL3340AF160QG, same thing they used on the wireless 360 controllers. - https://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/e-switch/TL3340AF160QG/EG4627CT-ND/1885974

Screwing up is one of the best learning tools, so long as the only thing you're not learning is how to screw up.

Depends which you're more comfortable with and/or have access to. I'd remove the old one, clean of the pads with solder braid, then rubbing alcohol, then a few dabs of solder paste and hot air it on there.

I think the hot air will melt the switch. it is way to small to solder.
Thanks

The hot air could melt the switch, if used improperly, not will melt it because you think so.
