JDM-040 component identification

Hello everyone,

I have an 040 board and have located its fault, however I need help locating a replacement part in the UK for what I believe to be a pnp transistor, and also the value of the resistor above it.

The location is just above the left joystick on the top side, and the marking on the transistor is O7
