1537 controller with both Triggers on 100%

Hello guys, i have a 1537 controllers with both triggers on 100%, i dont identify any shorts onf board, where i start to solve this problem?

I'd look around U9 and it's supporting components for an issue first, as it sounds like the Hall sensors aren't getting power.

Solve the problem, i change the U9, when i did this the C33 capacitor show a short, i change he to and the problem was solved!!
