1708 Weak to No Vibration

Hello everyone,

I have a 1708 controller which has a mild battery corrosion. I've cleaned up and jumped necessary wires to get it functioning again. However, the controller is having very weak vibration to all 4 motors. I have checked both U4 and U5 chips and they look alright. When the controller is first turned on, the vibration will be very weak and it slowly gets stronger but not as strong as compared to a functioning 1708 controller.

I am out of ideas on what to look out for. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
