Xbox one S not powering on. Traced to mosfet it’s shorted. So I swapped mosfet and tested around couldn’t see any issues. So I plugged back in and the fan came on for a second but wouldn’t turn on and mosfet blew again.
Any suggestions would be great.

Update:
I was told the gate driver AZL could be the issue. Anyone know the part number by chance? Would the short be gone if they are the issue?

I removed the mosfet and the gate driver. I tested continuity on power rail and ground. Most of the time it isn’t showing continuity anymore. But the weird thing is sometimes it’s showing it has continuity. So odd any help would be great

Capacitors look like they have seen better days.

AZL part number is NCP5901NMTBG it's a dual MOSFET driver for High side and Low side... when mosfet goes wrong, this is the culprit. AZ is the SMD marking code, Last letter is lot number or something else...
