JDM-055 Automatic Turn off or freezing

i have a jdm-055  But  I can not use  because of this problem

Most of the time when pressed R2 Or L2 or Option or... my DS4 JDM-055 Freezing or turn off or disconnected ( But most of the time the button  option )
This problem happens a lot in some games
But in some games it happens very little or not at all

When I play with the wire This happens more often .But it happens less with wireless use ...i changed flex board but dosent fix

This happened when changing right analog
