JDM-011 mic jack doesn't work

Hi everyone...My problem right now is when i plug in a headphone to my jdm-011...I can hear everithing alright but when im triying to speak it doesn?t work. I have changed all the jack but the problem continue.

Someone now what can i test to solve this issue?

have you tried to change the earphones or have you replaced the audio jack ports?

Yes, i've tried already changing the jack port and using other earphones...even i test my earphones in other controllers and it work perfectly...I?ve tried changing the audio ic and still the same problem.

try reset ps4 controller or check resistor on ic audio
