X BOX ONE Controller 1708 Analog Y Axis
« on: October 14, 2021, 09:08:40 AM »
Dear professionals,

I would like to ask those of you who have experience what the causes of the following situation might be:

I have some faulty 1708 MCU boards with analog issues and actually all of them have the same problem. The Y axis is up slightly but I can't move it anywhere. The x-axis is still working.

There is where only the right or the left or both.

I did the following steps:

- I replaced the analog.
- I have checked the circuitry to see if there is a broken or damaged motherboard but no.

These did not help

Unfortunately I don't know which parts and what kind of unit of measure should do to find a possible faulty part that is causing this.

Is it possible that the microsoft chip on the SOC board is faulty or one of the surrounding components?

I want to learn and understand these mistakes more deeply than replacing parts.

Thanks in advance for your help and advice.

Kind regards

Frank
