Jdm-011 not charging and not turning on; works via usb

My ds4 V1 with board jdm-011 is not charging the battery or turning on when i press ps button. I am able to connect to pc via usb cable and with "ds4 windows" ,all buttons (including PS), analog controls, touchpad and rumble are working; I can even change colour on the lightbar.

There is no heating or battery discharge when kept idle. I checked almost all caps for shorts and reflowed the ARM bga chip MB9BF002A but no success. I am getting 5v and 2V and same resistance near the BD9200 as said in this post.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

UPDATE:

I RAN SOLDERING IRON ON COMPONENTS (EVEN THOUGH SOME WERE INACCESSIBLE, HOPING TO FIX ANY COLD SOLDER JOINTS THAT MAY HAVE FORMED).

AS OF NOW THE BATTERY IS CHARGING BUT NO PULSING LIGHT. AS BEFORE, CONTROLLER IS WORKING PERFECTLY VIA USB. BUT STILL CONTROLLER DOES NOT TURN ON WITH BATTERY.

AND NOW I HAVE A NEW PROBLEM; BOARD IS DRAWING 40mA FROM BATTERY ON IDLE. CANT SENSE HEAT ANYWHERE, CANT FIND SHORTED COMPONENTS  :eyebrow:

You really need a hot air station to reflow/rework those kinds of parts properly.

The BD9200 chip is the PMIC, it does all of the regulation and such, but the battery charging is done by the TC7710WBG, the small chip on the top side of the board marked 7710. https://acidmods.com/forum/index.php/topic,44560.msg334920.html#msg334920

Battery is charging properly so i guess the charging circuit is ok??!!! i dont know . But when i remove charger, the board is drawing around 45mA in idle / off state and so the battery discharges completely in about 17 to 20 hours.

I checked a working jdm-055 (i dont have another 011), the moment i plug in battery, the board draws 35mA for about 2 seconds (i guess for initialization) and then 0mA. But my jdm-011 takes 45mA on plugging battery and doesnt return to 0.

I already reflowed MB9BF002A. I will try reflowing the 7710 chip you mentioned.

Need value of this resistor accidentally removed while reballing IC
