Jdm-011 component identification

Hello!

I have received a JDM-011 and i'm trying to repair it.

I've made a first inspection on the board and it seems that there are a couple of components missing.
Can you help me indentifying them?

1- Resistor, 100k
2 - Capacitor, value is not critical, anything from 1nf to 100nF would be fine and it will also work fine without it.
3 - Resistor, 100 ohm
4 - Resistor, 2.7k
