JDM-055 Battery keeps discharging even though its off

So, I have a Controller (JDM-055) which completly discharges itself after 4-6 hours even though its not used. I tried already 3 different batteries but its everytime the same result. It charges and works well. Any tips?

I have the same issue, same model (JDM-055), it happened after i replaced the left stick. controller works great but it discharges fast even when it's powered off.
