JDM 030 Component Identification
« on: July 22, 2023, 08:47:43 AM »
Working on a JDM 030 Ver.4 and i'm looking at this ?resistor? below the inductor:

Both when soldered and desoldered it shows a reading of 0 ohm.
Is this just a fuse or is it a burnt resistor? Can anyone with a working 030 help?

Resistors are usually black or blue and have white on the bottom and sides, that there is most likely a Ferrite Bead given where it's at.
Screwing up is one of the best learning tools, so long as the only thing you're not learning is how to screw up.
