Hello, I hope you are well, as Subjetct already says, I am facing a problem when repairing an Xbox One Slim 1708 controller, every time I press the left trigger, the left analog stick moves up, has anyone experienced this? Could something like this help me solve this problem please?

I haven't seen that problem first hand, though I feel like it may have been mentioned on here before somewhere.

The Triggers and Sticks don't have anything do with each other really, so for that issue to happen it would almost have to be something going on inside the MCU. Maybe try a FW update to see if it straightens out.
Screwing up is one of the best learning tools, so long as the only thing you're not learning is how to screw up.

I think the controller might have hall sensors installed. The left trigger can interfere with hall sensors on the left stick and therefore make the stick move (or act like it). This is a known issue I have seen people mention and several websites.

The left trigger is very near the left stick.

In the Xbox one controllers I would recommend using standard potentiometers (POTs) as these are unaffected by the trigger's hall sensor and magnet.
