well that old mp3 that i used for the directional pad got alittle tune up

i put a speaker on it ,and instead of runing on 1 little aaa batery its runing on 4 aa batterys and still at 1.5 volts so it will last a long time
(with headphones in)
i plan on making a nice little case for the speakers and battery pack and also they are going to be detachable.

i might put a few leds in there to

heres a pic of it all wired up and not in any case

tell me what u guys think so far

yea, but how are you going to get some of the needed custom fit? its metal so its a little hard to work with

some of the case are all plastic

but theres still a problem how would i get the stuff to stay on the back of the mp3

Nice touch there!!!I love the idea about having 4 AA batteries!!And also the speaker is a good add on for an mp3 player!!Well with your mod you might never run out of battery power but you have to carry a bigger mp3 player =)

A mp3 thats impossible as its a file.....

Now on an MP3 player you gotta find one with a similar cable to yours, you probably cant maximise it that much....

well heres the ideal way to make your case:

search google for vacuum forming, your going to need to make some sort of mold of how you want the case to look like PM me for the easiest way to do this

and also pm me if you need to know how to make one
all your going to need is the table that your mold sits on and also vacuums the plastic mold to. you can use a home oven, it will smell bad but it works fine.

try checking out polycase, they give out samples and you can pay for the freight by Cash on delivery

Why dont you use cardboard and ducktape, then make out the shape of it (make sure you can take it off incase something happens) then take it off after it fits around everything lie you want it, then you could spraypaint the 'case' like you wanted it.. Or just, for a simple matter, cover everything in ducktape >.< Im so hillbilly sometimes.
