Well,Give me a second.No one knows my real name and other names I'm gonna mention..so...hold on..
Long story short,
I've been going out with this girl since September 12.It's been great between us,but recently we haven't spent really any time together so I was wondering why.After we [kinda] argued about some things,she said she needed a break from having a boyfriend.We just need to spend some time as only friends and get to know each other before we pick up where we left off dating.We didn't know each other before this year,so we started going out 7 days after we met.I completely understand why we should get to know each other a little more.The thing is,today was out first day being only friends now(not counting 1st week of school) and she said she feels more comfortable around me now that we're only friends.I get that,less pressure and stuff.But it's not the same for me...I really love her,and she really loves me too.It's weird now because she makes me smile no matter what,whether it be me thinking about her or being with her,no matter what she makes me smile.It just feels weird around her now because it's still the same,but we're not together anymore(for now I mean) and she still makes me smile,but it's more in a different way now,I don't know how to explain it...
On top of that(some of you know this) I was supposed to go trick or treating with her(either way) and she was going with some of her friends(that I know) and now her friend's mom said she doesn't want any boys going trick or treating with her.I don't know why,I'll find out tomorow.
But now I can't go trick or treating because none of my close friends go and my school friends live in different areas and my friends from my old school I'm not in touch with anymore.
This is like my 3rd year in a row I'm not ABLE to go out on Halloween...

i mean, i just lost bout $500, and now a girl is pissed at me because i was pissed at her because she was acting nice because she wanted somthing from me, and now i have to go apologize (for what? i duno, get her unpissed) face to face which is difficult for me becasue im generally 'shy' i guess, and to make it worse i have to dress nice because im going to a production of hamlet tomorrow, so its just gona be awkward me standing there all nice n' whatnot and apologizin which is harder for me than it sounds and stuff...

i've been working on 'hell week' all week, and my now former freind was the lead of the tech crew which i was part of
i was supposed to be assistant stage manager, and from day one, i've been told over and over i will be and how much fun it would be

my best guess is because he likes her, and she's been sucking up to him and saying very innapropriate things to her
so i was out of a job, and it meant somthing to me to because im moving, an' i wont be back for a fall play next year
he dumped me in an unecessary job to get me off his back (he thinks im stupid) 'director of actor management' meaning i sit in the hall, tell people to be quiet, and play oblivion
he gave me a radio, i duno why. there were 4 with the radio, him, my replacement, me, and someone else. someone else was walking around back in my hall during the show, and decides to messaround on the radio, and says' hey, i see denim dan' (my nickname as i often wear jeans and my denim jacket). and someone asks what, and i respond that he's screwing around on the radio. then they say my name, i say 'what', and get no response. he walks out and says if i keep screwing around on the radio then he'll take it away. i wasnt the one screwing around, and that pissed me off. srsly
next day, he and my replacement screw around on the radio in the manner he said he would take my radio away for.. so i got pissed, took out the batteries, and threw it on the ground (then it bounced and hit someone's cheesecake :o )
i swear to god i am so pissed

thanks pspkicks im not sure how bad it was but im still worried about her and everyone ive talked to said i should be there for her and i dont know if i can i want to but i dont know how. last time was a couple days ago, her dad came home drunk and started fighting with her mom (there trying to divorce) and shes forced to pick sides and when she doesnt she gets hit. we dont have dyphis but we have CYF and a friend of mine and hers said that they have been called. im not stuck on it but its bugging me. congrats about fixxing your problem with your ex.

But if your parents know your dating her, then explain the situation to your parents, and see if she can stay over your house for a little after school or something, or stay on the weekends. I'm sure they'll understand, and if not, say, "How would you feel if she was your daughter?You wouldn't want her to get hurt would you?". Your parents should understand and most likely they wouldn't want her to be in danger either. I hope every thing's ok.Best of luck man.

thanks but that wouldnt exactly work with my parents. my dad is way too judging but my mom is kool with me and her and she goes to a different skool, and lives a lil far from me, not long distance but kinda far. she stays over my one friends house alot and my friend lives near me. its a good idea though. my dad doesnt particularly like her style of clothing she dresses kinda gothy and my dad isnt kool with that. thanks for the help. sucks how your mom found out lol

Yea it does.Are you close with your dad? If you are, then just tell him how you feel,tell him you really care about her and you don't want her to get hurt. Thank god for this thread. A month or so ago, I binned my bike doing 150kph down a straightaway. I sat up too fast, apparently, and went down. I don't remember doing this. Anyway, I slid about 20 meters down the road, then over a bank, landing in amongst the smashed plastic of my bike. So, I get up, pull off one glove and try to pull off the other. My left hand isn't working. I stand there for a few seconds, completely shocked to see my bike in pieces, until some other bikers showed up. We manage to get it to the side of the road, it's completely unrideable and I've torn a ligament in my hand so I can't ride.
Fast forward two, painful, weeks. After hunting around on Trademe (New Zealand's answer to Ebay) I find new forks, a new radiator, and new clipons. I get them all down here, and uh-oh. The radiator doesn't fit. :censored:. Thankfully the bike shop I work at sprung for a new one, and a brake reservoir, so I'm feeling pretty well looked after. Unfortunately, now we point our attention to the clipons. One is bent, the other is straight. So, that's another $40 down the drain (remember this is in New Zealand dollars all you Americans). I check over the pipes, after an hour of swearing ("These pipes are tighter than a virgin's arse!" says Vic) I manage to get them off. One side has about a third of the metal completely shorn off, the other side has a massive dent where it hit a stone. Did I mention I missed landing on 15-20cm rocks by about half a meter? Yeah.
Anyway, I now need new pipes. The two headlights I bought ($30) are not legal (thanks, Mr Xiang Gu), but another $65 from Musclehead241 (With an email, remueragym@XXXXX.com) nets me a better looking set. The tank I bought ($100) doesn't fit, so I have to move the ignition coils over and hammer out the tank to get it to fit. My seat needs hacking to fit, because I'm forced to use ZXR400 tail fairings instead of replacement plastics... This is honestly ridiculous. At every turn, something doesn't go right, and I'm forced back to square one. Seriously, which god doesn't want me back on my motorcycle? I've taken to using the shops scooter to get my two wheeled kicks, or going on the back of my dad's Thunderbird. This is WRONG, ladies and gentlemen. I need my bike back ) :

1984 Honda VT250. Fantastic bike, good power although a little heavy. It's getting the tail plastics from a ZXR, aftermarket headlights, a Speed Triple hugger and (with any luck) Street Triple exhausts. I love working for a motorcycle dealership!

Fantastic, I really want a VTR250's CDI. Get it serviced and tuned ASAP, one small fault can bring the entire engine crashing down. It's as complex as it is powerful.

Almost everybody i know is a hypocrite, all they do is ask me for a layout, then when i refuse they start saying they can design and code better than me then start insulting me. I dont think there is much point to life, you live, you struggle to get money to support a family then you die. Whats the point. When im older, i guess i wont even be able to make enough money to feed myself. After a total of what i got this year. £15 can no way feed somebody for an entire year. Unless its pig sh*t or something. But i aint eating that.
Anyway, even major companys rip me off and good sellers do. Every major brand, eg. nvidia, intel, sony, phillips, every product i buy from them, either doesnt work or isnt a satisfieing quaility to the price.deda: we all like you. i like you.

whelp. this looks like a place to whine or be winnie. just a few months ago i broke up with my gf. well... she said that she needs space cuz we we're going to fast... i said ok so we laid low for a couple of weeks until we could continue where we started. the thing is, she's by buddy's ex. he said it's okay and stuff for us the go out. but heres the weirdpart, the reason they broke up is the the problen i'm facing now. i really do love her so i gave her a some time. then she broke my teeny little heart by going out with another guy the next day... i fell into a really deep depression... 2 months passed and i decided to get a new gf. and i found a cute girl at the supermarket and she was in my class. we started going out for a while.... then she dumped me.... my earlier ex dumped her current boyfriend and wanted to get back with me... Just got a post from school; i think i'm in deep :censored:.
Basically it all started with the fire extinguisher.
Last week Thursday when the school break was over, i was going to my class.
When i got there, a few of my classmates were waiting there for the teacher to arrive.
Then i saw the extinguisher, i then just grab the nozzle and point it to my friend, just joking around.
I was not intending to actually squeeze the handle. But then suddenly a classmate (we will call him "Ray")
appears behind me and squeezes the handle; white stuff (i assume CO²) comes out and i was startled so i dropped it.
Then unfortunately the teacher appeared and asked: "who did this?". Me and Ray then confessed and
needed to go to see the principal. He then punished us with cleaning the school yard. He also said he would check
the extinguisher and if they needed to fill it up the costs would be for my parents and Ray's parents.
Then today i got a letter saying the situation and the school would inform my parents about the costs.
Needles to say i got pissed, as i thought, it was unfair for me. I find that they were being exagerrating about
a tiny amount of CO² that needed to be refilled. A teacher then said to me that the costs was about €140.
That's about $205! That maybe split in two: $102,50 for me and for Ray. So that's why i'm kinda pissed. :angry:
What should i do? And what would you guys do if you were me?

Almost everybody i know is a hypocrite, all they do is ask me for a layout, then when i refuse they start saying they can design and code better than me then start insulting me. hiiaa mmm uuhhh soo my story isnt much different from anyone elses .... i lived in india where my life was all happy and i had loads of friends and had some pets which i loved a lot and then...i moved to another country sum time ago(to Canada) and mmm my life was eventually getting a bit better i saw a thats when i became interested in psp it took me about 3 months to learn every possible thing about it when i got my 1st psp slim (this January) i installed custom firmware in it in about 1 week after getting it.... meanwhile....... i fell in love with this girl , she liked me too, she asked me out like several time but i somehow dont know why :dntknw: couldnt say anything to her and then came a twist in... i had to move to about 3000 km away....lol :faint: and now i am here and now i am here i got 92% this year i got like loads of medals in school :tup: but(i dont know but there is always a BUT in my story) my life sucks and now i will again have to move back to the same place i moved from 3000km ... my life sucks in many ways like:
1. i have no friends cuz i have moved 3 times in a year and have lost all friends :cry2: .....
2. i have no gaming consoles, just 2 psps and 1 of em is gonna break 25% chances of that...(cuz i will b trying some mods lol)
3. i am super bored 24/7 i dont have anything to do ..... i dont even go out of my house (except for school)....

the only cards i had in there was my student id and some gift cards they can't do much with those still i wish my money was still in it.. at least the guy got 3 months in jail for robbery, car theft and some other stuff i think it was vandalism...

I'm in grade 8 extended french and I'm colouring a map and colouring a shield like a 6 year old, I got a call home from my french teacher telling me I had homework not done even though I was gone for like an entire week + a school trip that only a quarter of the students went on, and my teachers are piling lots and lots of work all over us... Half our grade is starting to go into depression rofl. Not quite, but damn this year in school BLOWS.

I've been doing fine since like, kindergarten, and then this year I got this teacher who is like the stupidest person ever... Half the people in our grade, who used to have no problems with school (including me) are now going like "wtf is wrong with this person?" Like you won't believe it... Last year I had this teacher who was all nice, and this year I got the same teacher but she's gone into like mega :censored: mode. And my teacher this year thinks that pi is just 3.14, thinks that 15 is a prime number, and can't spell pepperoni.
Btw: I have like an 82 average =\ Not bad, so no I won't die in high school. I've been told by like all the high school students that french next year will actually be easier. This year's french teacher is TOUGH.

Yeah in our actual work, but normally, we're taught that pi is 3.14 followed by a hell of a lot of digits. Also, some graphing calculators cost upwards of 130 plus tax...

my school said we HAVE to have ti 83 or ti 84 which easily go for around $100 but I wanted the one with more RAM so I upgraded to silver and a warrenty was about $150
and my phone was on loud when I last used it, and I have been calling it for hours, checked at most recent visited stores, parents cars, restaurents even my garbage can...no where to be found...but it was only $50 so tomorrow I will buy the t-mobile G1
but still, I need ...NEED a new calculator because we just started a new UNIT and we have the MSA(Maryland state assesment) and the HSA's(High School Assesment) coming up soon(Algebra/honoors and wut not)

Funny story behind that one, so me and my friend are in S.S., and one of my bottom screws came out. (the bottoms are both necessary), and so the screen was fading around. My friend grabs the calculator, and says "I'll fix it!" and then he smacks the back of the calculator, making all of the screws fall out... I still haven't gotten around to buying the right torx screwdriver XDXD

Well, for starters the "losing things" wasn't in regards to your calculator, OBVIOUSLY. It was to your phone, so stop overreacting to stuff without thinking first.
Second, I'm not even gonna bother with you. You're not worth it. You can go ahead and flame me all you want, doesn't bother me right now.
Third, can you try checking the lost and found box? Maybe it wasn't stolen, you might have misplaced it or you might be able to find another one in the lost and found box. If not, tell the staff to get their asses in gear and do their jobs. I fully agree that calculators are very useful. But, I can't justify buying a $150 calculator when you don't completely need it and you can do with a cheaper one. It's your choice but think about it for a second. You can buy a cheaper one that does the same stuff, or you can have this uber expensive one that people would try to steal. No one would steal a cheap calculator. Just get one that gets the job done, it doesn't have to be the best.

From my knowledge of the law I can safely say you can only sue for the cost of the item and damages which generally dont equate to much more than a fraction of the cost of the stolen item.
Which for anything below say $10,000 dollars is pretty pointless due to the costs to raise a civil action with the court proceedings, Hiring of a lawyer etc.
If I'm wrong can someone who knows tell me please, jsut so I know who different the law is across the pond =]

I found out someone accidentally took my calculator thinking that it was my friends, then they realized it and put it on the air-conditioning system at my school...so I got it back
