im gona get my son a new ds but not yet money going on bill ect first but i have to ds phats both doing the same they come on then off you see the back light for about 2seconds then it goes off ive done a fuse fix but still nothing its the same so ive posted here for some advice on this ask im sick of giving him my iphone to play with lol :rofl:

either the charger isnt charging the battery or it needs a new battery

the batterys need changed ive tryed all 3 i have plus the 2 chargers i have ive left it on charge for 5hrs still nothing.

sounds like one of the screens is bad to me... which one is coming on then going off?

ive changed the screens but its strange both of my sons ds is doing the same thing.

The connection between the bottom or top screen to the motherboard is bad. It has nothing to do with the battery. Which screen blinks? Which doesn't? That can help determine which it is. Try reseating the screen cables a few times. Try it without the case on. If it works that way, try it with it on. If that causes the problem again, something is being shorted out.

im still playing with these ive tryed new screens new fuses and out off housing still both blink them thats it

might be the connectors themselves, or even just a bad mobo... can you make a recording showing exactly whats going on?

ill try getting a recording soon since the kids have a ds now im just gona mess with these
