I'm impressed. Painting on a controller is so hard because of the curved surfaces. Your amazing... no homo

The paint is the best i've ever seen but doesn't the dice on the analog sticks defeat the purpose? lol?

Why would the dice on the analog defeat the purpose?? THey go with the alice and wonderland theme. I just see them being uncomfortable but who cares, that shiz is nice!

This controller is sweet, and i hate to be the party pooper, but this controller doesn't meet any of the requirements for the stand out competition.  There is no starting post showing pictures of the stock controller, and there is no way to know that you didn't start on the controller before the start date.  This looks like an awful lot of work for the two days the competition had been open.

No offense Buddha . but Magic is right... The way this works is posting a work log. I have to raise the question of weather this was started on competition day. I dont mind if you enter it but at least put up some work in progress pics. Anyways great job painting . I like the dice idea too.

There is no way this was started at the start of the competition. U should know as good as i do how many coats of paint are there unless its a vinyl sticker. Its just not possible, man up and show off a nice controller. Don't try to cheat on a free competition.

Now that I think about it, even if you painted the graffix and it was dry the first day to put a clear over, that is a lot of clear coat and you would not be able to touch that heavy clear for at least 2 days... not with out leaving touch prints ... and from the video you are handling that pretty good. So I gotta call foul.... Its a good mod and a good paint job, but I dont think its fair to the rest to allow it in competition. Even if its just for fun, there is a lot of pride around here and I find a bit of insult that someone would try something like this... If i am wrong great, I dont want to think people are cheating on a free contest. Just prove me wrong and let it go. This is a matter of principle and honor and pride. I really hope I am wrong.
Not to mention the start date was the 13th so a pic for start point would have be submited way before your post date of the 15th... sorry its not admissible unless Rodent or Wetfusion override...

This i have to agree with , and shows total honesty amoung out members for a free competititon, everyone has been doing a great job at it.

you know honestly I didn't cheat, I'm good at painting, I'm sorry it turned out this way, but I can always do another one for the comp, its cool. I do take pride in it though, thanks for the compliments, I'll do another soon

ok, official:

Since Buddha is an outstanding member of this site and dosnt have any disciplinary marks against his account, I must take him for his word. If he is standing up and stating he did this mod in accordance with the rules outlined, and can repost his stock pics and a worklog of sorts, I feel It must be admitted into the competition.

But this is not an acidmods event, so it is utimatly up to the AM members hosting the contest.
