I recently sent in my xbox360 elite drive for a key extraction. And while I sent it in with sata cable and eject button, Mike quickly sent out those things (Sorry, next time I'll know better!). Apparently the Winter bundle that amazon is selling is not new but older drives only flashed to 93450C and Mike caught it right away. It was an old 8000 drive. Anyway long story short, Mike sent me my DVD drive key,  I have recommended him to my neighbor and he will be sending out his drive next month. Thanks again Mike and sorry for sending the drive in with sata and eject button!
