rodent has done this mod. i too have a demon installed in my xbox slim, but my slim (trinity) will not glitch with the CR3 Lite that i have. i have since ordered a coolrunner REV c. There's a chance of getting banned if using the same hdd for online live and rgh. Not entirely too sure.

well in a nutshell you can use any set up you want either squirt 360 team xecuter and so on
also doesnt matter about the dual nand set up because they all do the same thing
guess in the end it depends how deep your pocket are
and theres like a 10% chance you will get banned due to the smc not resetting for some reason
and yes as theo stated if you use the same hdd for both rgh/jtag and xbl m$ can see the homebrew on there and will ban you
i had one dual nand set up with a cool runner and a cygnos running for 6 months of heavy use on both sides never had any issues
and i would inject a diff KV into the rgh/jtag side just to be safe

I want to dual nand my slim xbox. Cost dont really matter (my other option is to buy a new slim and RGH it, so I think dual nand will be the cheaper way)

My slim came with a 250gig HDD, and I have a 350 USB HDD with all my home brew. The usb also has about 100 downloaded movies on it also so, I plug it into my live xbox and havent had any issues.

they can see external. but cant play games or write to it...

thats where the rgh/jtag comes in. since you can use any 2.5", 3.5" or external with fsd with no issue.  :#1:

When i set up the dual nands I did with a X360pro V6 and X360pro V-4  and added a 250GB hdd  xex menu shows as unknown game. and when booted on RGH side i could run FSD with no issue... as for the smc reset some times i would have to unplug the powerbrick to reset the SMC . Ran on same KV on both sides with no issues and Was able to update the orignal nand  thru xbl with no issues updated fine was still able to play on xbl with not getting banned.

1st I had to dump the nand then i switched over to the Hacked Nand wrote the Ecc booted the console on rgh side to get the key and then wrote the updflash.bin  then unplugged it  bootted the console on the RGH side booted great. then I went back to the xbl Dashboard then updated the console.

here is a video of the first one to show you it works.

I have DemoN installed on my console, I use it all the time on XBL, my 500GB HDD dosnt even show up in the stock dash so I doubt m$ can see it, I dont think its even formatted for 360 use, it only shows up in FSD on the other NAND.

I use the 4GB unit for my XBL profile, which isnt really enough, but I have seen people solder in USB HDD's to the Memory Unit pins and have no problems

you could go with a MTX Trident, they are cheaper than the DemoN and you get an extra NAND bank, so you can have 3 NAND's

Only problem with triple nands is once you put something like a dev nand or tx fusion or rgh it affects them all cause you have to add files to the hdd . only thing that really works is retail and rgh together,

being that TX Fusion has its own nand and you have to use a boot disk to boot it for the first time

Dev kit nand or rgloader has its one files that you have to set up on the hard drive.    this something i been working on for a while and i think we discussed this before Phantomz0  think you showed me pics on using separate hdds and swtiching from one to the other? right?

I had a console with TX Fusion on one NAND, RGH on one, and stock dash on the on board NAND, didnt have any problems. all the files were on the same HDD, I think theres a video of it around here somewhere

ok i wasnt sure thats why i mentioned it being i haven't tried it yet.    Have you tried a dev nand or Rgloader?

nope havnt tried RGloader, it allows you to change the boot screen though unlike Fusion. Fusion and RGloader are both dev-kit NAND's.

I hope to try them on my next consoles  RGLoader that is , I have tried TX Fusion pretty awesome , just need more time to work with it to see what you capable of doing on that type of console being you can only use it on 13604 dashboard and for RGLoader the dashboard is 15574 for now.  hopefully together we can make a good tutorial on the use of them.
