pictures from the web with a slide comparing the graphical trends and performance of the different gaming platforms since the turn of the century, ultimately pointing out that a mobile system on a chip (SoC) would be at the same level of home consoles in 2013, and surpassing them the year after.

The solid line for consoles only accounts for the Xbox series, with the current plateau represented by the Xbox 360. Although weighing in Nintendo's Wii into the mix could have helped the claims even further, not including the PlayStation 3 was probably a wise choice. As expected, PC performance has been, and is expected to be, higher than other platforms.

NVIDIA's stance on the matter isn't too far fetched, the company's quad-core + one Tegra 3 SoC and Apple's new iPad do rather well on the graphical front, and Tegra 4 ratings will likely be even better. And even though they're making a comparison based on hardware that's 6+ years old, it's exciting to see what mobile gaming is trying to achieve.
