Hello everyone, I am new here to AcidMods and I noticed that throughout all the tutorials you guys use breadboard. My problem is I have no clue what it is, which one to get, how to use, etc. If someone can please help it would be greatly appreciated.

since no one has answered yet i will..
i think you are talking about project boards, pc boards, or strip boards for making lets say the diy programmer. link (http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2102844&clickid=prod_cs#). that is a pc board. they have holes so you can solder electric components together and make a circuit.
breadboards are just temporary for mainly testing things i believe.
any simple board will do. as a matter of fact i used the same one from the link to do the homemade programmer homemade pic programmer (https://www.acidmods.com/forum/index.php/topic,22283.0.html)
how to use is simple here is a good tutorial

He is not talking about strip-board/PCB/or pre-perferated boards.... just breadboards.. lol don't confuse the young man.
Welcome to Acidmods Petah
Breadboards are solderless, reusable, and a fairly quick way to test electronic circuits. You can buy them online or at radioshack for like $20. They are worth every penny. There are rows of 5 holes on breadboards, You plug the electronics in those holes and it makes a connection because there is a strip of metal at the base where it makes contact.
You can purchase them at these retailers: (breadboards are pretty much all the same anywhere)
