Pandora finally (finally!) gets a ship date and price

Be still our hearts! After months upon months (upon months) of waiting, the tight-knit team behind the ultra-potent Pandora gaming handheld has finally divulged the information we've been clamoring for: the ARM Cortex A8-powered device will begin shipping before Christmas 2008 for £199.99 in the UK. The first batch will consist of 3,000 units, and the team is hoping that all of those will be sold out before the first one leaves the dock. There's no word on how costly it'll be for Americans, though we're crossing our fingers that it'll sell for a few bucks less than the $360 we find when simply converting pounds to dollars.

dude, $360 dollars? Plus 10 dollars shiping plus sd cards, etc Atleast 400 to own this crap?
thats a rip, Its not going to have another specail system that the psp cant emulate, its the same as a psp, thats stupid, I hope nobody wastes there money on that, thats to much to play a game system thats the same as psp!
wow, and it will be ahile befor most emus come out
Unless it has 100% perfect n64 and other systems, this is pointless, end of story

it wont emulate dreamcast 100%, maybe like 30% good cuz dreamcast is messy hardware and 128 bit,plus not many like it, so not much support
and besides theres no emulator on psp thats 100% :huh: for psp anyways, but fullspeed with sound

idk, I might buy it to play n64 full speed, if it cant , screw it, becuase psp does a ok of n64

it wont emulate dreamcast 100%, maybe like 30% good cuz dreamcast is messy hardware and 128 bit,plus not many like it, so not much support

no, The sound in some games sound Diffrent during high bits and is to high, low Or diffrent pitched, fast etc, plus A couple games run slower or need high frame skips, cuasing slower fps, And It 333 Mhz which takes More psp battery, Witch could use work
So if you where to toon everything like A gba with all the Audio Bytes(which will slow it down by a fps or 2) With no frameskip, It would not be perfect, not as Gba did It would be a bit slower and Would not be 100% And In mario kart It sure would not be
I say its about 96% good, But It could use some tweaks

Ok, I found out that this thing May have decent dreamcast emulation
But It would be pushing the system on the edge of proformence
So it will most likly have fullspeed n64!
