Ok, I want to do something like this with my PS2 controller, but where would I connect the LED's? (sorry, I'm really new at this stuff) Should i only connect to ONE rumble motor (2 LEDs to one motor) or 1 LED to Each rumble motor?

1 led per rumble motor you dont want to drain to much power.do the motor leds then try other things allways go for easyer stuff before hard stuff

So will I need a resistor in the LED circuit from the Motor?

No you shouldn't need a resistor, the motor doesn't put out anything over 2v so thats your limit... at least thats what i got on my wireless one...
