it can be either but ultimately will be done in photoshop but your submission can be in either

On one entry per person , if I make an entry and make another one which I think is better , can I withdraw the old one and replace it with a new one?

yes you can by editing your post in the entry form with your new entry. we will only begin to judge once the competition closes on a yet to be announced date

Approximately how long until it ends? I mean , a rough estimate. A month , a few weeks , until more people enter?

i dont know if im entering, might just make an entry for the fun... but can the design be made up of different consoles rather than just one, like you guys have done just PSP related, can i combine consoles?
