Yes feeling is little different but not verymuch with some surfaces this mouse worx like with ball .

overlord dont make me laugh because i laughed too much this evening :P

i won from my dad, mom, brother and his girl with monopoly :P and everytime they stepped on one of my streets i was like here comes another 100thousend gulden(we have an old monopoly we use euro's now but before 2002 it were guldens)

actually its a very interesting idea really......

when you think about it all you guys have done is put a switch in it using bits of wire

all he's done thats really different is use variable resistance through the potentiometers on the stick instead of switches

its actually a good idea in my book

The P.O.C is just showing his design concept, it wouldn't snap any more then your ones because you haven't used a flexible teeter, finally the rubbery surface would just make it the case move more when you meet its physical movement limit, electronically it would achieve nothing but psychologically you can see the cursor moving with your hand

ur gunna have to invert the outputs on the potentiometers,which i'm sure u know how to do urself so i wont insult ur intelligence!!!hope this goes well

this will be snazzy, now once we get keyboard and printer support, we can port open office and then have a super portable laptop =P

I was refering to the usb keyboard thingy that is on the acidmods front page, the one that attaches...also, with the serial input, don't you have to use the head phones if you want to hear sound?

seems like a good consept but not sure that it would be oof great use.
