Title: Unleash X Dashboard

I need help FTPing to my Xbox HDD....all the tuts on the net don't help me one bit!...I don't have a TV Near my computer and I'm going through a router...using a straight through cable, but it doesn't work!  Router is a Netgear MR814v2.

I just hooked up my xbox to my router through a long cable then another also goes into my com. Then from there i found my xbox's ip address used smartftp to get into it. most xbox passwords are xbox and xbox for both things.

link your xbox and pc throght the routor and use a programm called connect ftp the xbox one you connect with out using passwords or anything and do almost everything to your xbox

change ur ip and dns to 192.168.0.1 and change ur subnet mask to 255.255.255.0 and then ftp and it'll work trust me
